- After Miami scored 29 points and shot 52.4% from the field in the first quarter, Oklahoma City locked down and harped on their poor shot selection. Miami was limited to 43.9% shooting following the first quarter.

- Shane Battier and Mario Chalmers blitzed the oblivious Thunder defense to a tune of 21 points and five 3-pointers in the first half. They were largely ineffective in the second half, finishing with six points combined.

- Oklahoma City assisted on 55% of their 40 shots.

- The Heat mustered up a poor 47.6 TS% (percentage of all shots converted) while Nick Collison was on the floor.
- While Bosh was on the floor, Oklahoma City scored 126.0 points per 100 possessions.
- LeBron James totaled 16 points and five rebounds in the second half. In Thabo Sefolosha?s 28:30 minutes, James shot 44% from the field.
- In the 5:46 that Russell Westbrook sat on the bench, the Heat outscored the Thunder by 34.7 points per 100 possessions.
- Westbrook assisted on four of Oklahoma City?s five three-pointers.
