Hardcore Fitness and Tune Yoga join fitness forces | Health and ...

Two businesses are combining on Main Street, and their goal is to get you in shape.

Hardcore Fitness and Tune Yoga recently teamed together to offer customers two ways to work out. The two businesses are located at 177 S. Main St., on the second and third floors ? above Finger Lakes Gallery Frame.

?It?s the perfect marriage of fitness,? said Leslee Schenk Trzcinski, of Tune Yoga.

The training provided by Hardcore Fitness Owner Linda Bombard is focused on improving core strength, agility, endurance, power and more. This meshes with benefits of yoga, Trzcinski said.

?It just seems so natural, our businesses are so symbiotic,? Bombard said. ?Mine has the intensity, (Tune) has the flexibility and balance.?

Bombard added that no class is the same ? they?re tailored to meet the needs of the hopeful workout warriors.

Walk-ins are accepted for workouts too, however, Bombard said it is first come, first serve.

Aside from yoga and CrossFit workouts, the facility will also offer indoor
cycling, and access to medicine balls, along with traditional weights.
While all that could sound intimidating, Trzcinski said the duel facility isn?t just for fitness junkies.

?It?s not just for athletes, but people looking for a better quality of life,? she said.

Trzcinski said that teaming up with Hardcore Fitness is a bonus for her business, as is the location.

?We wanted to be close to downtown,? she said. ?It?s convenient for clientele.?
