Question by doug: Any easy way to quit smoking marijauna after 13 years 3 times a day?
I have been consistently smoking pot for 13 years and doing so at least 3 times a day. I want to quit but in the past have not been able to. I had horrible anxiety , loss of appetite, sleeplessness and bad mood swings the last tim i tried to stop. I no longer want to have that dark cloud looming over me anymore.is it ok to just stop cold turkey after 13 years. Any help/advise would be much appreciated.

Taper off.
Do cardio/aerobic exercise which is the best anxiety/depression reducer.
Start gradually and build upto about 45 mins of vigorous exercise 4-5 days /wk if medically qualified.
If there?s any pain, refrain, use your brain.
